The Truth About The Science:
Why are pro hormones the best choice these days? Substances like 1-Androsterone aka 1-androstene-3b-ol-17-one and similar analogs are used in some of the most powerful pro stacks on the markets for Size, Strength and Lean Mass. How Do Pros Work?
The way pro hormones work is by manipulations made to the carbon bonds and their positioning on a DHEA molecule, then the body converts them into the active substance through its normal hormone metabolization process, first to Androdiol or dione then to the active hormone. “Modern pros” are called “2 step conversions”. If you reference the diagrams, you’ll see that the molecular backbone structure stays the same but the hydroxyl and the oxygen will change positions until it’s an active hormone analog that can agonize the androgen receptors. ”Old school pros” were either active hormones that were never scheduled and used in medicine or they were one step conversions. Every time it makes a conversion it loses some potency. The evolution of this science has shown how much of a dosage in the DHEA version ends up becoming an adequate dosage of the target substance. If you know how much of the “Modern Pros” to use, you can get the same potency and results as the “Old School Pros” or even the real thing. Modern pro hormones are no longer methylated carrying the risk of hepatotoxicity or damage to the organs. Modern, non-methylated pro hormones are liposomal bonded, where each molecule is encased in plant fats and lipids called liposomes that enable the substance to not be destroyed by the stomach acid and pass through the digestive fluids and pass through the liver, breaking free on the backside of the liver, with a 95% delivery to the blood stream on the 1st pass.
